A television star delivers Christmas cheer to kids who won't be home for the holiday.

"The Sopranos" actor Vincent Pastore and comedian Mike Marino brought a bus-load of gifts Wednesday to Staten Island University Hospital.

The 2 dressed-up in full Christmas gear before going room-to-room, handing out toys to children in the pediatric unit.

It was all part of Kids Against Cancer's annual "Santa Express" event.

The patients said it was a dream come true.

"I've seen Santa before - only in my dreams though," said one child.

"One of the advantages of being celebrities is that we have the opportunity to give back and not just this time of the year, but we should be able to do this year round," said Pastor.

Pastore and Marino will also visit kids at Richmond University Medical Center.
