Police are investigating after a man was found shot to death in Brooklyn.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. Tuesday outside a building on North 6th Street and Kent Avenue in Williamsburg.
Police say they found 22-year-old Jesus Pimental with gunshot wounds to his chest and right leg.
Investigators say Pimental was with two other men when an argument started.
They say one of the men pulled out a gun and shot him.
He was taken to the hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
"With all the cameras, technologies that you have here, this should never happen. If they would have had the proper security or desk attendants out there, lobby attendant out there, like we've been trying to get since April," said one person in the neighborhood.
"I was coming home, heard a few shots," said another. "It's usually a very nice neighborhood. I don't know what happened over here today."
Pimental lived in the Bronx.
No arrests have been made.
