Spray trucks will once again take to the streets to help combat mosquito-spread diseases in the five boroughs.

Trucks will be out spraying pesticide in several parts of Brooklyn between 10 p.m. Wednesday and 6 a.m. Thursday.

Those neighborhoods being targeted have met a criteria for possible increase of West Nile Virus activity.

Last week, a Brooklyn man became the city's first human West Nile case of the season.

But, health officials stress that Zika has not been discovered in the five boroughs.
