Police have arrested at least one person in connection to a subway slashing on the Upper West Side early Monday morning.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. on the northbound platform of the 59th Street and Columbus Circle station.
Investigators say two groups of people were on an uptown "A" train when they got into an argument.
It spilled onto the platform.
That's when police say a 21-year-old man was slashed in his throat.
He was taken to the hospital where he is expected to survive.
