City Comptroller Scott Stringer announced a multimillion-dollar settlement in the case of a man wrongfully jailed in 1997.

The city agreed to pay Roger Logan $3.75 million.

Logan was released in June 2014 after serving more than 16 years in prison.

He was given 25 years to life for the fatal shooting of a man in Bedford-Stuyvesant.

His conviction was overturned thanks to an investigation by the Brooklyn District Attorney's Office.

He was 53 years old at the time of his release.
