It was an unusual traffic stop this week for some NYPD officers in Queens.
Officers assigned to the 103rd precinct's anti-crime unit were flagged down in St. Albans Tuesday evening after passers-by spotted a goat weaving between cars near 178th Street and 110th Avenue in St. Albans.
Officers corralled the goat and despite a near-miss with a car, the goat was returned to its owner uninjured.
Loose animals are not unheard of on city streets.
Another goat was captured after running loose in a Brooklyn in 2013.
