Three Staten Island Brothers to Graduate From Same NYPD Academy Class

Three Staten Island brothers will be among the hundreds to graduate from the same NYPD academy class on Tuesday.

Stephen Favale and twin brothers Alec and John Favale will join their fellow cadets to be sworn in during a ceremony at Madison Square Garden.

After the ceremony, however, the trio will go their separate ways.

Only Stephen Favale will stay on Staten Island, working in the 120th precinct.

John Favale has been assigned to the 60th precinct in Coney Island and Alec Favale will work in the 6^th precinct in the West Village.

Public service runs in the family and the Favale brothers’ father, Anthony, is currently in the process of retiring from vice enforcement, according to the NYPD.
