Gracie Mansion is being transformed into a haunted house again this year.

For the second straight year, Mayor Bill de Blasio and First Lady Chirlane McCray are hosting a Halloween party.

It's open to city kids between the ages of 5 and 10, and their families.

Guests will get a tour of the mansion and enjoy activities like face painting and magic shows.

The party is being held next Friday evening from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. and again on Halloween from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m.

Tickets will be awarded through a giveaway next week.
