An Access-a-Ride van caught fire on a Queens roadway Thursday.
A viewer sent NY1 the above photo of the vehicle on fire.
It happened just after noon on Queens Boulevard near 65th Avenue in Rego Park.
The MTA says there was one passenger on board the van when the driver saw smoke and flames coming from the front engine.
Authorities say the driver then carried the customer out the rear emergency door.
No one was hurt.
It's unclear what sparked the flames.
