There's another setback for the long-awaited Taxi of Tomorrow.
The state's highest court granted a motion to delay the program's full rollout which was supposed to happen next month.
Arguments on the plan will not be heard until this fall.
Supporters say the new model - which is already on the streets - is a vast improvement for riders.
But some drivers, medallion owners, environmental groups and advocates for the disabled have complained about the taxi.
The plan was developed under the Bloomberg administration and although Mayor Bill de Blasio was a critic, city officials are now pushing for it to be implemented.
