There are currently more than 200 cases of measles in the US.
According to the CDC, more than 50% of the cases were in children. And 94% of cases were in unvaccinated people.
The New York Department of Health says there have been at least two cases of measles reported in NYC.
Dr. Susannah Hills, a surgeon and assistant professor at Columbia University, joined “News All Day” on Tuesday to discuss the surge of measles cases.
