The Museum Mile festival returns on Tuesday.
The 46th annual event opens the doors to some of the city’s best museums free of charge.
The event offers admission to participating museums, featuring live programs, musical performances, exhibitions, and activities for people of all ages.
The festival takes place on Fifth Avenue between 82nd Street and 110th Street.
Maria Nicanor, director of Cooper Hewitt at the Smithsonian Design Museum, joined “News All Day” on Monday to talk more about the festival.
