Nadia Manjarrez is a part-time New Yorker and Mexican wedding dress designer. She is showing her new collection this week to buyers and brands. She joined “News All Day” to share more about her business.
Manjarrez, who develops her own fabrics, says that each season, she creates between eight and 15 dress samples to potential buyers.
During Hispanic Heritage Month and as a Mexican designer, Manjarrez says that she is inspired to contribute to her home country. To do so, she employs women in Mexico who are the heads of their households.
