Two women in Brooklyn are redefining the beer industry.

The avid beer lovers left their jobs in corporate America to start the first all-women-owned brewery in the city.

Just a year after launching, Talea Beer Co. is now in three locations: Williamsburg, Cobble Hill and a pop-up location in Grand Central Terminal.

LeAnn Darland and Tara Hankinson joined “News All Day” on Women Wednesday to talk about how they’re navigating the industry and working to expand it to a broader audience.
