One of New York City's most beloved traditions is marking a milestone as the Radio City Rockettes celebrate their 100th anniversary.

Founded in 1925 in St. Louis, the dance troupe relocated to New York in 1927 before settling at Radio City Music Hall in 1932.

To mark the centennial, the Rockettes are expanding their dancer development program and launching a new legacy group for past performers to reconnect and honor the sisterhood of the Rockettes.

Director and choreographer Julie Branam joined current Rockettes Valeria Yamin and Maranda LeBar on "Mornings On 1" Tuesday to discuss the celebration.
