1. New York City-Dublin portal reopens with fencing, limited hours

“Portal,” a public art installation that connects New York City and Dublin via a video livestream with no audio, reopened Sunday, days after it was temporarily shut down, organizers said.

The livestream restarted at 9 a.m. in New York and 2 p.m. in Ireland, Portals.org, the Dublin City Council and the Flatiron NoMad Partnership said in a joint statement.

2. Pacers beat Knicks 130-109 in Game 7 to reach Eastern Conference finals

Tyrese Haliburton scored 26 points and the Indiana Pacers rode one of the most sensational first halves in Game 7 history to a 130-109 victory over the New York Knicks on Sunday, advancing to the Eastern Conference finals for the first time in 10 years.

The Pacers made 29 of their 38 shots in the first half, a shooting percentage of 76.3% that was the highest in the postseason since 1997, when the NBA began keeping detailed play-by-play for all four quarters.

3. New Yorkers take part in annual AIDS walk as nonprofit faces potential cuts

New Yorkers laced up their sneakers for a good cause Sunday — AIDS Walk New York. The walk to destigmatize HIV and AIDS has been taking place in Central Park for nearly 40 years.

Organizers say their goal is also to normalize the conversation around those living with the diagnosis.
