The Adams administration announced Tuesday that it had selected a developer to transform the Kingsbridge Armory.

The Bronx site has been closed to the public for years, as the city unsuccessfully tried to overhaul it multiple times, including into a skating rink.

Andrew Kimball, the president and CEO of New York City Economic Development Corporation, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to talk about the project’s next phase.

He also detailed the results of a new report by the EDC, looking at the strength of the city’s economy post-pandemic.

The report highlights how employment is at an all-time high, with office vacancy rates declining as more people return to the office.
