This week, the full City Council is set to vote on the mayor’s “City of Yes” plan to build more housing across the five boroughs.

If it passes, it would mark the largest change to zoning rules in the city since the 1960s.

During negotiations last month, members of the Council and the Adams administration struck a deal on a modified version of the proposal.

The changes include a reduction in the number of new housing units that would be built, and a new tiered system for parking mandates.

Meanwhile, the city is also preparing for the official launch of the revived and revised congestion pricing tolling program on Jan. 5, which is about a month away.

Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday to discuss more.
