An upcoming report from the city comptroller’s office takes an in-depth look at what will happen to the city’s fiscal state once President-elect Donald Trump assumes office next year.

It delves into the impact of some of Trump’s campaign promises, including funding for public education, the homelessness crisis and public hospitals.

The report also urges Gov. Kathy Hochul and the MTA to implement congestion pricing as soon as possible to ensure the MTA has the ability to invest in the subway system in the years ahead.

City Comptroller Brad Lander, who is also a mayoral candidate, joined NY1 political reporter Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to discuss more.
