House Democrats held closed-door meetings to discuss concerns over President Joe Biden’s reelection bid.

While top New York lawmakers are voicing their support for Biden, it appears congressional members are divided.

It all comes after the president’s shaky debate performance just a couple of weeks ago, which has sparked questions and concerns about his age and mental fitness.

White House officials on Tuesday say Biden will continue to ramp up public outreach, and says Biden is committed to serve a full second terms if reelected.

Rep. Gregory Meeks, a ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee and a member of the Congressional Black Caucus, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday to discuss more.

He represents parts of southeast Queens, including the neighborhoods of Jamaica, Hillside and Far Rockaway.
