On Wednesday, there was voted overwhelmingly to approve toll rates for congestion pricing.

Starting in June, barring any setbacks from legal challenges, most drivers entering Manhattan below 60th Street will be charged a toll of $15 during peak hours. Tolls are more expensive for larger vehicles, and lower for late-night entries into the city.

Supporters of the program say it will help fund transit improvements.

MTA Chair and CEO Janno Lieber joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Thursday to discuss the historic vote and more.
