Mayor Eric Adams and other officials launched the city’s seventh Lifestyle Medicine site in the South Bronx.

It is an initiative helping patients prevent or manage chronic conditions like diabetes and heart disease.

Those enrolled in the program will have access to everything from counseling sessions to exercise classes.

They will also receive coupons for fresh produce and get connected to food stamp benefits if eligible.

The new site will be able to take in 48 new patients each month, with nearly 4,000 patients getting access citywide each year.

Bronx Borough President Vanessa Gibson joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Thursday to discuss the program and more.
