Mayor Eric Adams will be returning to Washington, D.C. Thursday to advocate for more federal aid for the influx of migrants arriving in the city.

In an attempt to free up space at migrant shelters, the Adams administration recently implemented a 60-day shelter limit for migrant families.

But members of City Council and the union representing city teachers have spoken out against the policy, in large part because of the disruption it will create for migrant children, who could be forced to move far from their current schools.

Michael Mulgrew, the president of the United Federation of Teachers, joined political reporter Bobby Cuza Tuesday night on "Inside City Hall" to discuss all this and more.
