This comes as the city announced new plans to open a new migrant shelter on Randall’s Island, which will house up to 2,000 adults.
Josh Goldfein of the Legal Aid Society joined Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Monday night to explain where things stand as the battle over the "right to shelter" law moves through the courts.
