While not all the results in Tuesday’s primaries have been finalized, it looks like our next guest will eventually be declared the winner in a City Council District 42 in Brooklyn.

As it stands right now, Chris Banks holds a nearly 8-point lead over incumbent Councilman Charles Barron.

But the final results won’t be known until all the absentee ballots are counted next week.

The win would be a major upset in a district that has been represented by Barron or his wife, Inez, for more than two decades.
