Sochie Nnaemeka has led New York's small but influential Working Families Party since 2019, supporting progressive candidates running for the state legislature and the City Council.
Nnaemeka is planning to step down from her role as the party's state director in the next couple of months, as she expects her second child.
Nnaemeka joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Tuesday night for an exit interview to discuss her accomplishments leading the party, as well as the future of the progressive agenda in New York.
