Patrick Donohue, founder and chair of the International Institute for the Brain, joined Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” Friday to discuss the program's participation in a Manhattan fashion show. 

“Every day in our program, you know, miracles are happening and so this was a perfect opportunity to kick off Fashion Week,” he said. “And to allow our students, who are severely disabilied, show what they can do.”

According to Donohue, iBrain has a very comprehensive program that helps children with very severe disabilities get the proper services that they need.
