Last week, voters elected two new Assembly members in Manhattan and Brooklyn. One of them is Nikki Lucas, who's now representing Brooklyn's 60th District, which includes neighborhoods like Brownsville, Canarsie and East New York.

She joined Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” on Tuesday to talk about her path to victory and her vision for the district.
