The city's new subway safety plan took effect this week. It includes teams of police offers, homeless outreach workers, and behavioral specialists focused on some of the city's busiest subway stations.

Jacquelyn Simone sits down with Errol Louis on Tuesday's "Inside City Hall" to discuss the plan and how it's impacting people experiencing homelessness. Simone is the Policy director at the Coalition for the Homeless. She explains why advocates are raising concerns about the plan and its emphasis on police enforcement.
