Displaced residents from Sunday’s fire in the Bronx have been taking refuge in nearby hotels, and neighbors have been working together to share food and other resources with the families affected.

Congressman Ritchie Torres, whose district covers parts of the Bronx, including where the fire took place, joined Bobby Cuza on “Inside City Hall” on Monday to talk about what New Yorkers can do to help the victims of the blaze.
