State Senate Majority Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins joined "Inside City Hall" Monday to discuss the latest push to expand voting rights.

The State Senate is moving to pass a package of bills making it easier to vote. Stewart-Cousins is one of many Democrats saying the move is part of an effort to protect democracy. 

She touches on a variety of progressive measures the package could include and the need to extend COVID absentee voting measures amid the continued pandemic.
