NEW YORK — Martin Horn, a former correction commissioner under Mayor Michael Bloomberg, joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” on Friday evening to weigh in on Mayor-elect Eric Adams picking former NYPD Detective Louis Molina to run the city’s Department of Correction.

Horn also shared his thoughts about Adams considering reinstituting punitive segregation and whether Rikers Island should close.
