NEW YORK — City Comptroller-elect Brad Lander joined NY1 political anchor Errol Louis on "Inside City Hall" on Tuesday evening to discuss the controversial Gowanus rezoning plan that passed this week, the biggest neighborhood reconstruction project since Mayor Bill de Blasio took office. Lander touches on what he expects to come out of the project, and why opponents are fearful of a neighborhood redesign.
