New Yorkers who have lost loved ones to traffic incidents rallied in Union Square on Tuesday, following multiple deadly crashes over the weekend. That includes the death of a three-month-old girl in Brooklyn, who was killed in a hit-and-run. The crash has renewed calls for the city to enforce reckless driving laws.

Danny Harris, the executive director of the advocacy group Transportation Alternatives, joined anchor Errol Louis on “Inside City Hall” to talk about the push to protect New Yorkers from reckless drivers.
