President Joe Biden was in Queens on Tuesday to survey flood-damaged homes and meet with residents still recovering from Hurricane Ida, which left over a dozen people dead in New York City and subway service suspended across more than 18 train lines.
Biden was joined by congressional and state leaders, including Queens Borough President Donovan Richards. Richards joined political anchor Errol Louis on "Inside City Hall" to discuss relief efforts in Queens. The Queens borough president also talked about the need for better infrastructure, federal funding and climate change.
