MTA Chairman Pat Foye joined Errol Louis to discuss the many challenges facing the agency, including eventually convincing New Yorkers to ride the subway and buses again. Foye also addressed concerns over the congestion pricing plan, which was expected to begin at the start of 2021, which would also help create additional revenue for the cash-strapped MTA.
