House Speaker Nancy Pelosi has issued an ultimatum to Vice President Mike Pence and the remaining members of the Cabinet: invoke the 25th Amendment or the House will start impeachment proceedings on Monday.

Gloria Browne-Marshall, author and constitutional scholar, joins In Focus to talk about what, exactly, impeachment would look like, and why, with only 10 days left for Donald Trump in office and the current Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell, insisting he would not allow a Senate trial to begin until the day of the Inauguration, it is still worthwhile, in her opinion, to move ahead with the hearings.

She also discusses the rumors that President Trump will attempt to pardon himself and whether she believes that is even possible under our Constitution.
