DHS administrator Joslyn Carter discussed what the passing of "City of Yes" means and how important it is to provide additional housing units.

She also talked about homeless shelter capacity and how DHS is having a record-breaking year in helping people find permanent housing, and said CityFHEPS has also had success this last year.

Carter called for volunteers to help at the upcoming 2024 HOPE Count.
