Trucking Association of New York's Zach Miller claimed it is unfair that only trucks get charged if they pass through the zone multiple times a day.

He also said he believes those extra unknown charges aren't good for business owners and will trickle down into their own costs.

Miller feels like the MTA doesn't care about helping the environment, since electric trucks aren't exempt or charged less.
