Take the Lead president Gloria Feldt discussed what she thinks about the Equal Rights Amendment and what the hold up is on the over 100-year-old legislation.

She also explained why she believes diversity and inclusion programs are so important to workplaces.

Feldt talked about how women still only make 84 cents to every dollar a man makes and what the systemic change to bring about equity would look like.

She described how female empowerment leads to more success and the accomplishments Take the Lead has achieved for women.
