Gun violence advocate Michelle Barnes-Anderson talked about how John Jay College won't award her son's degree posthumously due to the amount of credits he had when he died.
She discussed what Mel's Law is and what SUNY and CUNY schools will have to do moving forward since Gov. Kathy Hochul signed it into law.
