Barbara Sibley and Naama Tamir joined "In Focus" to talk about women in the food industry.

Sibley and Tamir, both restaurant owners in the city, looked back to COVID-19 pandemic-era struggles they both faced.

The two also provided insight into "Let's Talk Womxn" and its networking base for hundreds of women across the country.

Sibley and Tamir also discussed the new commercial containerization mandate for their businesses and how they're evolving with the times.
