Despite the strength of the United States economy, State Sen. James Sanders, Jr. of Queens says the number of New York City businesses owned by black people is declining. He tells "In Focus" Host Cheryl Wills that decline is an attack on democracy. He and State Assemblywoman Rodneyse Bichotte of Brooklyn provide some tips for people trying to start a business.
