Dating has changed a lot over the last few decades, especially with the rising popularity of dating apps.
A New York grandmother and granddaugter duo is tackling generational dating differences and gaining popularity doing so.
It all started when Kim Murstein, a single 26-year-old, moved in with her grandma, Gail Rudnick, during the pandemic. Rudnick started sharing her dating wisdom with Murstein, giving her advice, helping her pick out outfits and more.
They started sharing this all on social media, and now they have more than 7 million likes on TikTok, have more than 120,000 followers on Instagram and host a podcast called "Excuse My Grandma."
Murstein and Rudnick joined Rocco Vertuccio and Shannan Ferry on NY1 Saturday morning to discuss dating in the 21st century.
