WEST WEBSTER, N.Y. — The woman convicted for her role in the Christmas Eve ambush that killed two West Webster firefighters back in 2012 is out of prison.
According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons website, Dawn Nguyen was released to a halfway house in Pittsburgh.
Nguyen purchased guns in 2010 for William Spengler. They were later used in the deadly Christmas Eve shooting.
Spengler killed his sister then set his home on fire. As firefighters arrived, he ambushed them, killing two.
