PARMA, N.Y. -- Monroe County sheriff's investigators are hoping home surveillance video will help them find the men responsible for stealing a snow plow in Parma.

Police say around 3 p.m. Monday, the plow was stolen from the driveway of a Bailey Road residence in Parma.

In this video, two men can be seen backing a bright blue Chevy Silverado into the driveway and loading the plow onto the truck. The truck is equipped with a ladder rack and ladder.

“I backed in the driveway about 3 in the afternoon just to grab a few things and was going to hook up my plow because it was going to snow, so I was going to hook it up and went to go hook it up and there was no plow,” said Robert Faulkner.

Faulkner posted the video of the theft on Facebook in attempt to find the thieves.

“I just thought a couple friends on Facebook would keep an eye out. Maybe see the truck, maybe even see the plow in the back of the truck still and then next thing you know, it's got over 2,000 shares.”

Deputies say the men, upon arrest, would face grand larceny charges. While no arrests have been made in the case so far, the investigation is still ongoing.
