ROCHESTER, N.Y. -- A Rochester man was arrested for taking photos of customers at a Park Avenue tanning salon. Justin Potts, 24, is charged with unlawful surveillance in the 2nd degree.
Police were called to Zoom Tan on Park Avenue last week for the report of a customer photographing another customer while tanning. The investigation revealed that the pictures were taken over a wall that separated the tanning booths.
Investigators interviewed staff and customers to track Potts down.
Potts was arraigned Thursday at Rochester City Court
