AUSTIN, Texas—It is every music lover’s favorite time of year, and people from all around the world are descending upon Austin, Texas to plant their flag in Zilker Park for two weekends of music.

Flags, balloons, statues, and cutouts tower over the crowds, letting people’s friends know where they are and how to find them.

According to ACL Rules:

“Totems, rage sticks and flags under 12 ft. tall are allowed for way-finding among friends. Items that are deemed to be unsafe, inappropriate, or are being used for purposes other than intended may be confiscated on site.”

That being said, one is bound to see just about anything every day of the festival.
