The founders of a city nonprofit say they are celebrating their 10th season of bringing more diversity and equity to the field of dance by shaping the next generation of dance artists and leaders.

Chanel DaSilva and Nigel Campbell created MOVE|NYC| 10 years ago, saying they didn't see many dancers of color outside of a select group of companies.

DaSilva and Campbell joined anchor Rocco Vertuccio Saturday morning on "Weekends on 1" to mark the anniversary.
