Runners from all over the world are in the city this weekend, gearing up for marathon Sunday.
About 50,000 runners from more than 100 countries will take part in the TCS New York City Marathon.
The 26.2-mile course goes through each of the five boroughs, starting on Staten Island and ending in Central Park.
NYRR marathon race director Ted Metellus joined anchor Rocco Vertuccio to preview this year’s event on “Weekends on 1” Saturday morning.
